So how did Link Real Estate come to be?
In January of 2000, The Link Agency opened its doors with little more than a dream, a laptop, a cell phone and a whole lot of passion. Within a few months the agency landed TJX, Goya Foods, and Kellogg’s as clients, helping the brands effectively reach their core audiences. The Link Agency helped clients grow their brands, and in turn, the agency grew as well.
As client needs evolved, agency became more of a powerful information resource. It helped clients explore and understand the dynamics of local markets and site selection through research and networking. The real estate industry eventually became a clear opportunity for growth.
Link Real Estate opened its doors in 2014, and now we are happily doing business throughout RI and MA–primarily in the Greater Providence Area and Bristol County.

Putting people ahead of properties, LeRoux founded Link Real Estate as a specialty firm helping provide unique solutions to unique situations. Spring-boarding from 20+ years working in and owning a national advertising agency, LeRoux understands business and the motivations of buyers & sellers and leverages these motivations to create win/win situations for her clients.
She holds an MS degree from Northwestern University, Medill School of Journalism IMC program. She teaches marketing as an adjunct at Roger Williams University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in RI and MA.
